What is a Notice of Right to Lein

When dealing with landscape installation your Contractor will have to purchase materials from approved vendors. It is normal practice for some companies to send the homeowner a "Notice of Right to Lien" by certified mail. 

Please note this document is not an actual lein; it is to inform a homeowner that a vendor is furnishing materials and that they have a right to lien if they are not paid. This notice is for you records and requires NO action on your part. Upon completion and final payment LSI will provide you with the lien releases as necessary for your records.
